Hello!

Welcome to my website!

I'm Gianna, a mechanical engineering student from New York University School of Engineering. I hope to fill this blog with what I learn from my classes and projects that I work on. In my free time I like to play video games with friends, read opinion articles in the school newspaper, watch movies, and dance. I've tried a lot of things in the past; my past hobbies mainly include drawing (both digitally with Adobe Photoshop, and traditionally with paper and miscellaneous materials) and playing musical instruments (I play guitar casually but I was somewhat classically trained in piano). I switch hobbies from time to time, depending on my interests, which could last for a year or two. There's so much in the world to try and learn about.

Currently, I'm focusing on academic-related projects (wearable technology) and I plan to explore my own personal projects. This summer I’m going to implement a laundry list of home improvement ideas that I collected, and I’m also going to intern for an optics tech firm. I want to dance more and start working on my next art project (hint: cardboard). I’m really excited about learning new topics and getting busy! I'll end here for now, I have so much to share and I hope we learn a lot together!
